Relatrix is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. There is no software installation required on your premises or computer servers. Each customer has their own website and database. Our computing infrastructure is based on industry leading Amazon Web Services with a combination of virtual and dedicated servers.
AWS gives us flexibility to quickly and efficiently expand both our computing a storage resources when new customers join our community or existing customers have new computing needs while using our community engagement solutions.

Security Is Our Top Priority
We take the responsibility of securing your data seriously. We maintain strict and limited access to our production environment to avoid accidental or intentional disruption of service.
All external connections to our hosting servers are encrypted using the latest versions of SSL to avoid confidential data from being stolen. Security patches to our servers are applied with each monthly update of our software.
We maintain firewalls, virus detection and internal monitoring on our servers to avoid intrusion and alert our system team to any out-of-bounds behavior detected on our servers. Nightly backups of your data are made so we can recover your site and database quickly should there be any server failures, site administrator errors or other unforeseen issues that could lead to data loss.
We also have external, third party services that monitor our service availability and alert our systems and support teams if there is any drop in accessibility. With AWS’ infrastructure robustness and stability we are able to maintain a 99.9% up-time on our servers, outside of scheduled maintenance.
