Parents & Community
For your parents and community members EZEnterprise means they can sign-in from any website and update their contact details. They can choose any schools in their neighborhood or where they have children and see and receive news and information from those schools, in addition to the district.
Schools
Empower your schools to communicate through their own Online Contact Center and send consistent messages and content from the district to all school websites. Allow your schools to have all the EZCommunicator modules or only access specific modules with the decision to expand their functionality when needed. Make front office personnel your EZComunicator Administrators announcing PTA meetings, classroom assignments and publishing eNewsletters.
Other Departments
For any of your district departments or programs EZEnterprise means they can have their own tools for online communication. Whether that’s Gifted & Talented, Special Education, Transportation or any other department, they can use your district user list to create their own news groups and develop an electronic dialogue with their select stakeholders. For your district using EZEnterprise means you can standardize your messages by sharing content like newsletters, notices, news groups or events across all school websites. You also get a single, consolidated user list with EZEnterprise. This means any changes a user makes to their profile are reflected on the user list at each school and district the user has selected on their profile.
Features
EZEnterprise combines the modules of EZCommunicator integrating the Online Contact Centers beyond the central office with timely two-way effective communications. One district-wide database shared between each Online Contact Center sets EZEnterprise as the Leader in online communications. The main features that are added on to EZCommunicator with the EZEnterprise option, include –
Interface Module – This module lets district administrators create a separate Online Contact Center for a school or department. When creating a new interface you can setup a mailbox on our server to use, so that each school has their own email account. You can choose whether to offer a Spanish version of your site for visitors. And you can associate the interface with any school in your district.
Single User Profile & List – In EZEnterprise there is a single profile for each user and a single list of all users. School and department administrators see only that portion of the user list that is specific to their location. When you create a new school interface, all the users who have selected that school in their profile will automatically appear on the user list.
This means when users update their profile the district and all schools and departments using EZEnterprise see the updated profile on their list. It also means that users can update their profile from the district website or any school website. When users sign in they see the district and all the schools thye selected and can choose the news and information they want to receive.
Shared Content – With a single click of a button you create a Knowledgebase search category on your district site, and allow users to search from any school website. You can do the same with events on your district calendar, or notices on your district archive. This shared content helps you standardize the information that your parents and community see on your site, or receive from you by e-mail.
How It’s Used
School Announcements – Use EZEnterprise to send announcements about classroom or grade levels events – like testing or immunization schedules to parents; or school events such as lockdowns or safety drills. Combine EZEnterprise and EZDialer to add voice and text notification to e-mail messages to ensure you reach all parents at your school.
School eNewsletters – Save on printing costs by publishing school eNewsletters to your parents. Keep an archive of published newsletters through the school year, so your users can search through them at their leisure, or setup an RSS Feed of eNewsletters.
School Activity Calendars – Create event types for PTA, Sports, or other extracurricular activities at your school and let users subscribe to these to receive notices when new events are added, or to setup an RSS Feed on the school activities they’re interested in.
Online Approval Forms – Use the survey module to create online approval and permission forms that can be added to your website or sent in an email notice. Save time and money getting parental permission for events and activities at your school. Easily track which parents respond and send reminders to those who haven’t.
