Voice, Text or Both
When creating a notice you can choose to include a voice, sms/text message or both – which will be sent to your targeted audience.
Message Library
Create a library up standard, pre-recorded voice messages on your contact center that you can use for school closures, test days, or other common announcements you want to send your parents or community.
English & Spanish Voice Messages
You can send both English and Spanish versions of your voice message and allow the listener to choose the version they want to playback.
Text-to-speech
Type your voice message online and let EZDialer convert from text to speech for your voice message.
Test Your Notice
Send a test of your voice and text message (along with any email message) to yourself or anyone else on your team before publishing.
View/Download Results
After publishing your voice and text messages you can view online or download the results to Excel for further analysis.
How It’s Used
As an add-on module to EZCommunicator or EZEnterprise your district or schools can use phone and text messaging to keep your community informed, using any computer with Internet access. Relatrix customers use EZDialer for a variety of applications.
Emergency Alerts
Get the word out to parents, staff or students by phone or text, in addition to email, in a matter of minutes so they are aware of an incident and what the school district and other local agencies are doing to respond.
School Lockdown Notices
Individual schools or the district can notify parents and staff when and why a school is being locked down, and what steps the campus administration is taking. Once the lockdown is lifted use EZDialer to alert parents so they know the situation has been dealt with.
Attendance Notification
Student daily attendance has a direct impact on school funding allocation. Using EZDialer to notify parents or guardians when their child is tardy or absent can help reduce instances of repeat absences.
General message delivery
Publish your message to a single news group of your entire community on multiple communication channels, improving the likelihood that your intended audience receives it.

Pricing
There are three options for purchasing the EZDialer service, each of which you can choose for your district contact center or one or multiple schools.
You can purchase an individual voice or text notice, if you want to use EZDialer for emergency purposes only. You can purchase a fixed number of messages, if you have a good idea of the volume of calling or texting you will need during a school year. Or you can purchase an unlimited number of messages for your user list.
What is included with the price?
In addition to the volume of messages you select, EZDialer includes setup and configuration of the service for each interface where you want it enabled. It includes two professionally pre-recorded voice messages (EZDialer-voice) or setup of link tracking for your text messages (EZDialer-sms). It also includes an introductory webinar to train your staff on creating, publishing and tracking results of EZDialer messages.
