With EZPartner you can match your local business community to the needs of students and teachers in your school. EZPartner helps recruit and manage community partners and their employees to build an inventory of resources, ranging from computers and school supplies to internships and mentoring.

Register Partners & Employees
EZPartner enhances your district’s business partnership program by registering businesses and organizations through your website.
Promote Your Partnerships
You can include each business partner on a searchable partner directory so your parents, staff and community members know which businesses and organizations are working with your school district
Check Backgrounds
Student safety is critical in schools today and knowing the background of the people who will be working with your students helps ensure everyone’s safety. EZPartner lets you specify which types of activities require a background and then runs and records the background check results of any partner or employee who signs up for those activities.
Register Online
Any school staff member can register for an EZPartner account so they can help their school and students in reaching out to the local business community.
Catalog Offer/Request Types
Create a catalog of the different resources or services that your district will use to match partners and staff members. Assign central office or foundation staff as the contact point and coordinator for each item and flag those types that need a background check.
Add Offers & Requests
Each registered partner or employee can create offers to assist with resources, time or both. District staff who sign-up can create any number of requests for resources or assistance in their school or classroom. Offers and requests must have an expiration date after which EZPartner will no longer display them to visitors.
Connect Resources & Needs
EZPartner keeps track of the partner organization where an employee works and the school where a teacher or district staff member is located. This makes it easier to search and sort through the offers and requests posted. When a teacher finds an offer for assistance that will help her students they can easily make contact with the partner by email or phone to see if there’s a good fit.
Close Offers
Learning from the experiences of your partners and staff is vital to improving your community partnership programs. With EZPartner each offer and request allows the partner or teacher to complete a short survey about the outcome of the activity so your district can track quantitative data like the number of students that benefited and qualitative or anecdotal feedback.
Administer Data
Manage your partners, offers, requests and users through the EZPartner admin console. As a module of our Online Contact Center you can use the other communication functions like eNewsletters, surveys and event calendars to communicate with your business community and partners more effectively.
How EZPartner is Used
EZPartner was developed in the late spring and summer of 2010, in partnership with one of the top ten school districts in Colorado – Poudre School District, in Fort Collins. The system is used in combination with Relatrix’ other Online Contact Center modules to connect the northern Colorado business community to Poudre Schools.
By combining EZPartner with EZVolunteer, Poudre School District adds each new partner employee to their volunteer rolls as soon as they register. The district can also run background checks the same day the employee registers with EZPartner, if they will be participating in activities with students that the district feels warrants an additional level of security.
Having EZCommunicator allows Poudre Schools to send eNewsletters to their business partners – keeping them informed about the district and activities at their various schools. With EZCommunicator they can also survey their business partners and employees; publish event calendars and generally interact using the widest range of online communication modules available in a single, integrated web application.
